At Easter, I made a Mr. Beardsley bread from a Swedish recipe that my Mom uses. There is a delicious hint of cardamom in this bearded, braided loaf! 

 Raisins for eyes, a lil’ glaze and some sugar to coat. 

Taa-daa!  A heavenly golden loaf!
